Hey Everyone! In honor of the 2008 Summer Olympics, the Finding is holding a competition of it’s own! The 1st Annual Finding Olympic Games!!!! To take place two weeks from today on Saturday, August 23rd! Details below….
WHO: You and all your Finding friends (competing on teams of 4-6)
WHAT: 2008 FINDING OLYMPICS
WHEN: Saturday, August 23rd @ 2:00 PM - whenever
WHERE: Santa Monica Beach, CA (Exact location TBD)
WHY: Cause it’s summer-time, Olympic season, and you know you want to have some fun in the sun competing with your friends! 
The events you can look forward to:
Team: Tug of War, Relay, Volleyball, Sand Castle Building Contest
Individual: Watermelon Eating Competition, Frisbee Toss, Water Balloon Toss, Wheel Barrow Race
Come help your team strive for Finding Olympic gold, silver, or bronze!!! “Medals” to be awarded!!!! (Please plan on wearing clothes that can get dirty - preferably a t-shirt and shorts over a swimsuit - as you WILL get dirty!!!)
There will be a sign-up sheet at the Finding on Wednesday. We really need people to sign-up ahead of time, so that we can put together teams! (You can also email Meredith @ merdizzle@gmail.com, if you plan on coming!) It will be lots of fun in the sand and sun - I promise -Â hope to see you all there!!!
