Howdy Finderinos!
A quick thanks to all the people who came to volunteer at the Union Rescue Mission this past Saturday. It’s only through the selfless determination of fine folks such as yourself that great things can be done in the name of the Lord! In other news, I am excited to announce Clean Sweep on Saturday, May 10th. Come join the Finding as we beautify the stretch of Mulholland Drive that runs by the church. Everything is supplied, even coffee and donuts for those that need a caffeine and sugar boost before getting started! Please, let me know if you are interested in coming or have further questions.

Art Fair Project [ April 19 & 26 ]
2–5 p.m. Create works of art to present at our Big Sunday art fair. Your talents will

Family Rescue Center [ April 24 ]
1–4 p.m. Extra hands needed to help clean and reorganize. Share Christ’s love by giving your time to this family care ministry located in the Valley.

Big Sunday Weekend [ Saturday, May 3 ]
Saturday, 9 a.m.–1 p.m. Join 50,000+ people from all over LA in the largest annual city-wide community service event in America. Sign up for Bel Air-specific projects in the Welcome Center, or go online (bigsunday.org) for hundreds of projects around the city.

Donate your Own Original Art [ Saturday, May 3 ]
Bel Air will host an Art Fair as one of our Big Sunday Weekend Hub events. Funds
collected in exchange for works of art will benefit L.A. charities.

Art Supplies Donation Drive for Big Sunday Art Fair
Paints, brushes, canvases, easels, and beads or jewelry-making materials. Please drop at the Administration Office or the Outreach table in the Welcome Center.

Collect Items for the Homeless
Men’s and women’s socks and underwear, travel size toothbrush and toothpaste, deodorant, moist towelettes, small hair brushes and combs. Drop at the Administration Office or Outreach table in the Welcome Center.

Imagine L.A.
Seeking committed volunteers with basic life skills to mentor and guide our Bel Air/Imagine L.A. family. A few hours a month would make a huge difference in this family’s daily life and in their future! Contact: Lara Fedoroff (310-472-4515, laraellen@yahoo.com).

Prayer for Outreach Partners
This week we ask you to join us in prayer for CitySound. Pray that the singers will minister with joy and thanksgiving. Pray that those who receive this very special blessing of music will hear God’s voice.
